We're looking for an enthusiastic, and extremely self-motivated person to lead our team of developers across DRS. This position would require someone who's
very responsible,
composed, and
experienced in terms of development in Roblox. You don't need to know all types, but a general understanding of the different things within development on Roblox as a whole. If this interests you, review below.
Qualifications
- 16+ (with parental consent) or 18+ (without parental consent)
- Experience leading or commissioning developers for a project
- Ability to handle multiple projects, and manage time wisely without getting overwhelmed.
- Ability to join and communicate through VC
Compensation
- Starts at $75/month USD (to be negotiated based on experience)
- Lifetime licenses to DRS Products in which you (or your team) developed.
- Negotiable royalties to the group revenue during tenure.
